We offer ready to build homesites starting at $44,995.00. All of our properties are zoned R-1 (as single family residential). NO mobile homes are allowed in the community. Click on the link to open the application and you will see each of our properties indicated with individual map pin markers. HOW TO USE OUR MAP: Each property is marked with a colored map pin. You can zoom in or out by clicking on the "+" or "-" buttons located in the bottom left corner of the map to see exactly where the property is located. This will also allow you to view the surrounding areas. Select the "satelite view" to see aerial photos of the existing homes and roads. Click on each pin to read the description of each specific property. Each pin also has the current price and a brief discription of the property.

Option 2 -  PDF Map and Price List:

Click on images to open PDF files. The Rolling Hills Map is ONLY FOR NAVIGATION REFERENCE and DOES NOT have our current list of available lots displayed. The Price List provides you with the details of each property including a reference number, street location, folio number, acerage (size) and price of the property. (Please note while our map can be printed on regular size paper 8.5 x 11, it was created to be printed on 11 x 17 size paper). The most up to date source for our inventory is to use our interactive Google Map.

Option 3 -  Maps On Location

Brochures on Signs: If you are in the local area, you can obtain a hard copy of our brochure. The brochures are available onsite in the community. We have two large signs on SW 129th Terrance Road - one just north of 96th, one north of 85th and a third sign is located on the corner of SW 131 Circle (and SW 129th Ter). The brochures are available inside our black metal holders attached to the signs. Please do not hestitate to call if you need assistance. Feel free to contact us directly and we can mail you a map if you prefer. The brochures have a QR code which if scanned will take you directly to the Google Map link showing our current lots with size and price in the community.

Since the main sections of the community are in a grid system, the majority of the lots in Rolling Hills are typically 1.16 acres in the shape of a rectangle with 165 feet on the road frontage and 320 feet deep in length. Yet, there are sections in the north part of the community which are curved or platted with irregular shapes. Thus, providing odd shaped lots as well -- ranging from 1.01 to 1.87 acre homesites. You can also purchase multiple properties which are located adjacent to each other to create one homesite (i.e. 2+ acre lot to build your home).
